First, create a company, generate your API key, connect your preferred email provider (like SendGrid, SES, Mailersend, etc.), and build your email templates. Then, send emails from your site using the iSend API and your template name.
No. Domain verification is handled on your connected email provider’s side (e.g., SPF, DKIM, DMARC in SendGrid or SES). iSend.ai doesn’t manage DNS or domain setup directly.
Currently, you can connect major providers like Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, MailerSend, and others. More providers are being added regularly. You can toggle connectors on or off as needed.
Yes. You can create templates and layouts using our built-in editor or upload raw HTML. Templates support variables and versioning. Layouts can be shared across multiple templates.
Send a POST request to `/send-email` with your API key, the template name, and the dynamic data you want to inject. We handle template rendering, provider selection, and delivery.
No, we do not offer a free trial. iSend.ai is built for production use. Once subscribed, you can immediately generate your API key and start sending through your connected email provider.
Yes. Every email sent is logged with timestamp, provider status, and metadata. You can view logs in the dashboard or fetch them via API.
Yes. You can invite team members, assign access, remove users, or leave a team. Everything is managed inside the Team settings.
