1. What These Terms Cover

These terms govern your use of iSend.ai, our email API platform at https://isend.ai. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

We also have a Privacy Policy that explains how we handle your data. Both documents together form our agreement with you.

2. What iSend.ai Does

iSend.ai is an email API platform that helps developers:

• Create and manage email templates
• Connect to their own email providers (AWS SES, SendGrid, etc.)
• Send emails through their providers using our API
• Track email delivery and manage unsubscribes

We don't send emails ourselves - we just help you manage the process and connect to your email providers.

3. Your Account

When you create an account:

• You must be 18 or older to use our service
• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Keep your account secure - don't share your password
• You're responsible for what happens with your account

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the service inappropriately.

4. Billing and Payments

Subscription Plans

We offer different subscription plans based on your email volume:

• Pay-as-you-go: You pay for what you use
• Monthly plans: Fixed monthly fee with included email volume
• Annual plans: Discounted pricing for yearly commitments

Payment Processing

We use Dodo Payments to process your payments:

• We don't store your credit card information
• Dodo Payments handles all payment processing securely
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

5. What You Can and Can't Do

You Can:

• Use our API to send legitimate emails to people who want them
• Create and manage email templates for your business
• Connect to your own email providers
• Use our dashboard to track email performance

You Cannot:

• Send spam: Only send emails to people who have opted in
• Phish or scam: Don't use our service for fraudulent activities
• Harass people: Don't send threatening or abusive emails
• Violate laws: Don't use our service for illegal activities
• Overload our systems: Don't send excessive volumes that could harm our platform

6. Your Content and Templates

When you create email templates or upload content:

• You own your content: Your email templates belong to you
• You're responsible: Make sure you have the right to use any content you include
• We can store it: We need to store your templates to provide our service
• We won't use it: We won't use your templates for anything except providing our service

7. Service Availability

We try to keep our service running smoothly, but:

• We don't guarantee 100% uptime - sometimes we need to do maintenance
• We may update the service to add features or fix issues
• We may change pricing - we'll give you notice before any changes
• We can discontinue features if they're not working well

If we make significant changes that affect your use of the service, we'll notify you in advance.

8. What We're Not Responsible For

We provide the platform, but we're not responsible for:

• Your email content: You're responsible for what you send
• Your email providers: We connect to them, but they handle the actual sending
• Email delivery: Your email provider controls delivery, not us
• Third-party services: We're not responsible for services you connect to
• Data loss: While we try to protect your data, we can't guarantee against all losses

9. Privacy and Your Data

We care about your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how we handle your data, but here are the key points:

• We don't sell your data to third parties
• We only share data when necessary to provide our service
• We protect your data with encryption and security measures
• You control your data - you can export or delete it

10. Ending Your Account

You can cancel your account anytime:

• You can cancel: Through your dashboard or by contacting support
• We may cancel: If you violate these terms or don't pay your bills
• After cancellation: You'll lose access to your account and data
